Terms of use

The service

Tsuaa lets you build a Discord bot by linking blocks on a canvas, then run it through Tsuaa's official bot on the servers where you installed it. Tsuaa is in beta: it changes often, may be interrupted, and access opens little by little.

Your account

You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for what is done with your account, and for whom you let work on your servers' Blueprints.

What you can and can't do

You use Tsuaa in compliance with Discord's terms of service and the law. In particular, you don't use it to send spam, harass, deceive, collect members' data without their knowledge, or get around Discord's or Tsuaa's limits.

Your Blueprints

What you build is yours. You allow Tsuaa to keep and run it in order to run your bot. You remain responsible for what your Blueprints do on Discord.

Limits

Each server has a credit budget and execution limits, shown in the dashboard. They protect the shared bot: beyond them, a run is refused or a Blueprint paused.

Suspension

The team may suspend a Blueprint or an access that breaks these rules or endangers the shared bot, saying so in the dashboard.

Liability

During the beta, Tsuaa is provided as is, with no availability guarantee. The team does its best to avoid data loss, but can't be held liable for the indirect damage of an interruption or an error.

Stopping

You can stop at any time: remove the bot from your server, and ask for your data to be erased (see Privacy).

Changes

These terms may change with Tsuaa. A significant change is announced before it applies. They are governed by French law.
